Carboard

Wanted to wait a while to leave a review, this is a little over two years after purchasing my vehicle from Carboard. This was my first time purchasing a car outside of cash in Craigslist ads and of course I was nervous even though I know a decent amount about cars, was more my first time dealing with a loan. I first saw the car on carfax and reached out to them as soon as I saw it, they replied the next day and after some back and forth (I drove by the dealership and didn’t see it in the lot) found out one of their coworkers was driving it while their own car was in the shop, which I took as a good sign if it was being driven, it was a used car anyway. They took the car off carfax and hid it in the back of the lot for me so I could come by Monday morning, so over the whole weekend they didn’t let anyone see it. When I got there they were very friendly and weren’t pushy like I was expecting, let me do a test drive and look under the hood/body/let me check fuses and wiring I could see, and took my old car off my hands too, which I wasn’t expecting since it was very old and had high mileage. While I was filling out paperwork they had two people calling asking about it which was wild XD They managed to get me a better interest rate through my credit Union than my credit Union gave me, and two years later it’s over half paid off despite being a 6 year loan. It’s been great so far, some battery issues that come with having a hybrid, but nothing out of the ordinary, especially since the previous owner kept records of the maintenance. It’s been my daily work and adventure car and I’ve put about 20,000 miles on it since I got it.

Leno was great! Found the car posted on a car board and went to Carboard to check it out and test drive it. Leno knew the history of the car, communicated clearly and honestly. Appreciated that he recognized my desire & needs and did not push a different agenda. He allowed me to take the car to my mechanic to ensure without pushing back. I had to register my vehicle out of state and he made the process as easy as possible. Thank you Leno & I recommend anyone to pay a visit to Carboard.

I had a great experience at Carboard, Leno made sure to find the truck we needed and even ensured us that we had a great deal by taking to his mechanic to troubleshoot if there were any problems. My family loves the truck that we bought and feel great about buying it afterwards because of such great professionalism and courtesy extended towards us! Even though they are in an area with other dealerships, Cardboard outshines the rest with their excellent customer service and amazing deals!
